TC Series

Base on the following idea we made the “The Crown / TC motor ”

- High power  & high torque

- Design for 48V ~ 72V battery system

- Speed from 65km/hr  to 100km/hr

- Torque up to 131N.m 72V

The The Crown / TC motors with two series ：　

1. TC65 / TC80 / TC100 =》 1 speed freewheel / 140mm axle dropout / Special Spokes with 26 degree angle.

2a. TC4065 / TC4080 / TC100 => 1 speed freewheel / 1 speed freewheel / 138mm axle dropout / Normal spokes.

2b. TC3064 / TC3080 / TC30100 => 7 speed freewheel available / 138mm dropout / Normal Spokes





Improvement for the Spoke Flange

         Model : TC65 / TC80 / TC100                TC3080 / TC30100 and TC4080 / TC40100

Motor speed specs : 

* TC65 = 65km / 72V 　　　　TC4065 = 65km/hr / 72V             TC3065 = 65km/hr

* TC80 = 80km / 72V                 TC4080 = 80km/hr                       TC3080 = 80km/hr

* TC100 = 100km / 72V             TC40100 = 100km/hr                  TC30100 = 100km/hr

* Speed base on 26" wheel / The speed record may different base on the loading and road condition.  

* The TC30xx series will lower torque than the TC65/TC80/TC100 and TC40xx series. Because the high of the stator less 10mm with 30mm only.

The TC stator and the lamination :

- TC motor design with large and deep slots in the stator in order to provide higher power.

- For this improvement TC motor with  high torque and high efficiency.

- On the other hand, the deep lamination slot design with less  temperature rise.

One speed freewheel

TC series available with standard 6" to 8" disc brake mount.

Strong and Double Wall rim request for TC to make sure it is strong enough.

Remark :

* Motor available up to 96V system.

* 48V system available for TC motor as well.  The speed design base on 72V.

* Battery capacity suggest with 12ah or more. i.e. 72V 12ah or 72V 17ah ...etc.

* Suggest run TC motor with 50A ~ 85A controller or higher voltage system. i.e. 48V 50A , 72V 50A
